 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is RoadShow licensed to assist with vehicle giveaways?

A: RoadShow is licensed with multiple state and tribal gaming commissions.  If your property is in a new market, we will take the initiative to get licensed with the appropriate gaming authority.

Q: Does RoadShow coordinate the display vehicle?

A: RoadShow has an extensive nationwide dealership network that we utilize to display vehicles in your specific market.  If you are looking for a rare or classic vehicle, we also have a vast private owner network we can source from for your event.  RoadShow takes care of all the delivery coordination.

Q: What types of events does RoadShow have experience with?

A: RoadShow coordinates vehicle giveaways for casinos, hole-in-one events, online gaming platforms, raceways, charity events, state lotteries, and more!

Our professionals feel confident we can line up any vehicle for any event.

Q: Are giveaways limited to only cars/trucks?

A: Absolutely not! Our company can contract with any vehicle market. Regardless of your property's budget, we feel confident that we can line up a great car, jet ski, boat, RV, motorcycle, snowmobile, scooter, lawn mower, or anything else you can think of!

Q: Does the property have to purchase the vehicle outright before the event?

A: Typically, vehicles are on consignment, allowing you to offer your winning guest a “Cash” or “Car” option at the conclusion of your event. Local brands may require purchasing a vehicle upfront, but we will negotiate to the best of our abilities!

Q: Can the vehicle winner choose a different vehicle than what was advertised for the giveaway?

A: You tell us.  Typically, we can arrange multiple options for your winning guest.

Q: How are the taxes, title, and fees for the vehicle handled?

A: Typically, winning guests are responsible for all taxes, title, and fees unless specified by the promotions contact.

Q: When can the winner pick up their vehicle?

A: As soon as funds are received from your accounts payable team.
